Bunnyglownie Refund and Returns Policy

At Bunnyglownie, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not fully happy with your order, we offer a Refund and Returns Policy to make the process as seamless as possible. 1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items that are in their original condition. All returned items must meet the following criteria:
- Timeframe: Returns must be requested within 14 days from the delivery date.
- Condition: Items must be in new, unused condition, with all original tags, packaging, and labels intact.
- Exclusions: Items purchased on sale, final sale items, or any specially marked non-returnable items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Note: For health and safety reasons, certain products such as swimwear, intimate apparel, and beauty products may not be eligible for return. Please refer to the product details for specific exclusions.
2. How to Return an Item
If you wish to return an item, follow these steps:

- Email us at info@bunnyglownie.com with your order number and the items you wish to return.

Return Authorization:
- After contacting us, we will issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number. This number is required for processing the return.
- Ensure that the return package includes the RA number for easy identification.

- Securely pack the items in their original packaging or a suitable box. Make sure all items are safely enclosed to avoid damage during transit.

Return Shipping:
- You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item.
- The return address will be provided when you contact us for return authorization.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item(s) and they meet our return conditions, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please Note:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged items).
- If you used a discount or promotional code on your original purchase, the refunded amount will reflect the discounted price paid.
Refund Timeline:
- Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider. It can take 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
4. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, we recommend returning the item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired item. Unfortunately, we cannot process direct exchanges at this time.
If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a refund or assistance in finding a suitable alternative.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@bunnyglownie.com within 3 days of receiving the product.
- Provide photos of the damaged or defective item(s).
- We will either issue a replacement or offer a full refund, including shipping costs.
Note: Items that are damaged due to improper use or handling are not eligible for return or refund.
6. Sale and Promotional Items
Items purchased on sale or as part of a promotion are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective or incorrect.
If a sale or promotional item does not meet your expectations, please contact us, and we will do our best to find a suitable resolution.
7. Return Shipping Costs
- Return Shipping Fees: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item was defective, damaged, or an incorrect order was shipped.
- Original Shipping Fees: The original shipping costs are non-refundable, except if the return is due to an error on our part.
8. International Returns
If you are located outside the United States and wish to return an item, you are responsible for the return shipping fees and any customs or import duties that may apply.
